Shannon, (my husband), has been on a diet and today is his cheat day. We decided to surprise him with a favorite treat. Yellow cake, filled with strawberries and chocolate frosting. Man he's got such a hard life. Thank goodness he loves the box cake because this would not have happened from scratch. :)
